The foundation of the organization

PBI does a mix of both physical and online projects. Aside from our plastic bottle boat project, we aim to do cleanups, trash audits, and online educational campaigns. We believe in the importance and role that social media has in raising awareness in our advocacies.

The different teams forming the organization

• Engineering Team - Consists of engineering students, young engineers, and an advisor. Designs and brainstorms ideas for projects that require engineering. An example is the modification of the plastic bottle boat design.

• Internals - Consists of the secretariat and research teams. They handle everything related to the organization internally and research-wise. The research team handles everything that needs research. The secretariat handles the minutes and official letters.

• Creatives - They create the publication materials for the organization and consists of experienced graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

• Finance - Consists of the treasurer. Handles everything financial related to the organization for transparency of the projects and donations.

• Operations - Consists of the local participants. They are residents of Ilocos who would help implement the plans for physical projects made by the organization. Also the boat team.
